Ignoring plaque buildup.
One of the causes of tooth extraction is the grave effects of plaque buildup due to cavity. When you notice those sticky substances forming around your teeth, eliminate them right away. Regularly brush and floss your teeth from these harmful elements.
Drinking at least 3 glasses of soda a day.
Tooth extraction cost is affordable to some, however, it’s not a deal so you would neglect yourself. Check your diet and limit acid intake, especially with soda. The sugar in soda has high acidity level and it’s practically damaging to the teeth.
Swallowing fluoridated toothpaste.
